General trading conditions
Credit card.
Sorry! The possibility of payment by credit cards
is not ready for use.
But we will offer this payment method in the near future!
Cheques/Bank drafts
Please send only euro cheques payable to DUCATI KÄMNA
Write your card number on the back and sign it.
For payment by Bank transfer or eurocheque we carge a
transfer amount (belongs to your country appointments)
Please ask for a proforma invoice to get the total
amount including shipping costs and transfer amount.
Overseas customers and VAT? (current German VAT 19%)
If you are outside the E.C. you do not pay the current German VAT.
Customers from E.C. member states are charged German VAT unless you have a
business registrated for VAT and able to provide your country code and
VAT number(proof identification will be nessesary).
Return or Shortages
Goods which prove unsuitable may returned for refund, credit or exchange
if they are received by ourselves within 14 days of dispatch.
Subject to the following conditions:
- Items are returned carriage paid.
- Items are are recived in a resaleable condition
- Items are returned complete with all packin in a good condition.
(we reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packing witch is damaged or defaced)
- We cannot accept any items wich have been specialy ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
- All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and adress,customer number,invoice number (these are found on the invoice) and reason for return.
