900/944/985 SS i.e. / Monster i.e.
For the individual concepts there are several characters available. However the prices are comparable.
Step 1:
84-86 hp on the basis of 78 original hp.
- K & N filter 79 €.
- Adjustable gasoline pressure control valve 149 €.
- Light flywheel starting from 98 €.
- Open exhaust system should be present, otherwise it must be added!
- Installation at delivered motorcycle inclusive tuning approx. 375 €.
Step 2:
90-92 hp.
- All conditions described above.
- Re-working cylinder heads on 45-39mm valves inclusive porting, new guidance a.s.o.
Seals and adjustings including. Price 750 € excl. tax for both heads.
- If you desire more torque we recommend a 944 cc Big Bore Kit. Price is 1150 € in exchange.
Installation at SS models inclusive test stand running and tuning 980 €. Same for Monster models 745 €.
Step 3:
94-96 hp.
- Street Race cams set up from 625 €
- In engines with more then 90 hp Carrillo conrods should be installed. Set Carrillos 900 734 €.
- Set Carrillos 900 with oil channel 894 €

Step 4:
100-105 HP.
We do not offer this option for road use cause of stability reasons. These engines are air-cooled and the developed warmth with 100 and more hp is not longer correctly removable.
So it is clear that the result is a increased wear and we think this is not tolerably for road drivers. These engines are to intensive to adjust and to care about. We remain this service to Racing customers.

Its also possible to install a double ignition to the engine. Therefore the original cpu must me modified.
