Garage report: Big Bore Kit RSV Mille Factory R
Week 18, 2007
For a Swiss customer we installed a Big Bore kit with 102mm diameters onto its RSV Mille Factory R. The vehicle was completely delivered. After a power measurement in the apron the heads and cylinder were dismantled, the flywheel was removed and the generator rotor was fine-heaved. The valve bags of the Pistal pistons were then adapted to the standard valves and polished afterwards. After the assembly of the construction units the fuel injection system was synchronized. The tuning took place on our test stand by a Power Commander. Additionally a DT1 filter was blocked and the reduction in the Ram Air channel was removed.

The Mille is equipped with an open Racing Akrapovic exhaust system. Together with the tuning measures a quite tidy achievement results. Besides the machine is also absolutely super mobile with 1800 rpm. Runs smooth and pulls through cleanly.
