Hi Rudiger Great news. The new slipper works great for starting the bike. Had it on the track now and my times were within 1 second of what my fastest times were with the 999R! And i\'m still getting used to it. Still struggling a bit with the clutch pack thickness. Can\'t seem to launch the bike. Slip, slip then grab. I\'ll see if i can work it out else i will order a new clutch pack from you. Clutch pull is very light as well. I want to send the Suter to you. Can you please confirm the mailing address i should use and who i should address it to. How are the other 2 demons u are building coming on? A couple of suggestions for them; 1) maybe use steel bolts for the bracket on the steering column. The lightweight ones were too short and actually couldn\'t take the weight and vibration. 2) if u can, maybe try and give more clearance for the steering lock. The real fueltank prevents from decreasing turning circle. 3) maybe consider using the GPS laptimer then no need for beacons. It is a great bike. Thanks so much for building it. First race in 2 weeks. Can\'t wait. Plan to go faster and faster. Takes getting used to braking so late. I will send you more pics when i get them. Promise these will be carrying more corner speed. Hallo Rüdiger, Ich werd mir das Ganze mal in Ruhe überlegen. Der Winter kommt ja eigentlich erst. Und mit dem Winter auch die Zeit wo wir sowieso nicht gross fahren können. Weiss echt noch nicht was ich machen werde (überleg schon die ganze Zeit auf und ab). Die 916 verkauf ich wenn möglich, das hat einfach keinen Sinn dort noch viel zu investieren. Falls für mich so ein Bausatz in Frage käme oder ich andere Teile brauche meld ich mich einfach wieder. Übrigens noch Gratulation zum Bericht über eure Demon in der FastBike! ;-).
